This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. The Sledgehammer Secret is published by DRMS Group LLC (“we,” “us”), a Delaware limited liability company. It applies to sledgehammersecret.com and our checkout at go.sledgehammersecret.com.
We never see or store your full card number. Card details go directly to our payment processors.
We use these companies to run the business. Each has its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade our email list.
Our pages run tracking pixels from Meta and Google. These use cookies to recognize your browser, measure whether our advertising works, and show you relevant ads elsewhere. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through Meta's and Google's own ad settings.
Buyers and opt-ins are added to our email list and receive daily emails with helpful golf instruction tips and offers. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor removals promptly. You can also email us and request to be removed from the email list. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional email such as receipts and access details.
Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email robert@sledgehammersecret.com and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of certain states and countries have additional statutory rights; we honor those requests regardless of where you live. Note that we may need to keep purchase records even after deleting your marketing data.
Our site runs over HTTPS and payment data is handled by our processors, not stored by us. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We operate from the United States and your information is processed there. If you are outside the US, you are consenting to that transfer.
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to our list.
