We process refunds within one business day of receiving your request. The money returns by the method you paid with ... card refunds through Stripe typically appear in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank, and PayPal refunds are usually faster. The timing after we process it is up to your bank, not us.
Access to the password-protected course materials ends when the refund is issued. As our way of saying thank you, please keep any materials you have downloaded.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Requests after that window are at our discretion. In practice, if you write to us with a reasonable explanation, we would rather refund you than keep money from someone who is unhappy.
