These terms govern your purchase and use of The Sledgehammer Secret. By buying or using it, you agree to them. The seller is DRMS Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, publisher of The Sledgehammer Secret.
The Sledgehammer Secret Masterclass is a digital golf instruction product consisting of video lessons, a written PDF masterclass, and access to Bomber, an AI assistant trained on that material. It is delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped.
The price is shown at checkout and charged once. This is not a subscription and you will not be billed again. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal through ThriveCart. Charges may appear on your statement as SLEDGEHAMMERSECRET.COM or DRMS Group LLC.
We may change the price, the bonuses, or the contents of the offer at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
Access details are emailed to the address you provide at checkout, normally within minutes. It is your responsibility to give a working address and to check spam or promotions folders. If nothing arrives, email us and we will fix it.
Bomber requires a free Google account to use. That is a Google service subject to Google's own terms, and we do not control its availability.
We aim to keep the material available indefinitely but do not guarantee perpetual access. If we discontinue it we will give reasonable notice so you can download what you need.
As a buyer, you have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for yourself. You may download it and keep copies for yourself.
You may not share, resell, republish, distribute, or post the material publicly; share your access credentials; or use the content to create a competing product. The material is protected by copyright and remains our property.
If you go through the masterclass and you are anything less than thrilled, you get a full refund of every penny within 30 days of your purchase. That promise is unconditional. See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms, for how to request one.
What we cannot promise is a specific result for a specific golfer. Golf is an individual game and results vary with effort, ability, physical condition, existing technique, and how much you practice. The distance figures, scores, and testimonials on our pages are real, but they are not typical, not average, and not a prediction of what you will achieve.
This is golf instruction, not medical advice. A golf swing is a physical activity. If you have any injury or health condition, consult a doctor before making changes to how you swing. You take part at your own risk.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of this material is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost time, injury, or lost opportunity. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your own state or country that cannot be waived by agreement.
